You need to be logged in with your site open, and the image files on your computer.

Upload a file on the page

  1. Click the pencil icon on the right of the toolbar to turn on Edit Mode.
  2. Open an image picker: click the picture box at the left of a card's title, or click + under a section's text.
  3. In the picker, click + and choose a file. It uploads and is added to your library.
  4. Click the file in the picker to use it.

Reuse a file

  1. Open an image picker the same way.
  2. Search or scroll to find the file in your library, then click it.

You should see

The image in place on your page, and in your library for next time.

Good to know

Changes you make on the page save automatically, so there is no Save button to click.

Check the library before you upload, so you do not create duplicates.

Use descriptive file names, such as Blue-Container-Lab.jpg instead of IMG_1234.jpg. Resize large images to the size they will appear on screen before uploading.

Another way

To upload several files at once, or to rename them, use the Media page:

  1. Click Manage in the toolbar, then choose Media.
  2. Drag files from your computer into the rectangular box with a dotted border, or click the box and choose files. You can pick several at once.
  3. Click Upload.
  4. Optional: to rename a file, edit its File Name, then click Save. A new name does not stick until you save.
