How to add and edit a section

In Edit Mode, type a title and text into the empty card at the bottom of your page, then add an icon or image if you like.

You need to be logged in with your site open.

Steps

  1. Click the pencil icon on the right of the toolbar to turn on Edit Mode.
  2. To add a section, click the empty card at the end of your sections, which shows Title…, and type a title. To edit a section you already have, click its title instead.
  3. Click the text area under the title and type your text.
  4. To add an icon, click the icon at the left of the title, then search for a symbol or pick one.
  5. To add an image, click the picture icon next to the icon, then click + to upload a file, or pick an image already in your library.
  6. To add an image to the body of the section, click + under the text and pick or upload an image. Click the x on an image to remove it.
  7. Click the eye icon (Preview) to see your pages without the editing cards.

You should see

Your section on the page, with the title, text, and images you added.

Good to know

Edits you make directly on the page save automatically, so there is no Save button to click. If you go to the Content Manager instead, click Save there.

Every section also has a page of its own.
