Try these, in order

  1. Check that the Email address is the one you signed up with. It is your username.
  2. Check that caps lock is off, then retype the password.
  3. A password works only after you have set one. If you never did, click Get a magic link on the login page, then see How to set or change your password.
  4. Forgot it? See How to reset a forgotten password.
