How to reset a forgotten password

Click Forgot password? on the login page, enter your email, click Password Reset, then follow the link we email you.

Steps

  1. Open eninesites.com, click Login, then click Sign in with a password.
  2. Click Forgot password?, next to the Password label.
  3. On the Reset password page, enter your Email address.
  4. Click Password Reset. The page tells you to check your email for a reset link.
  5. Open the email titled Password reset on Enine Sites and click the link in it.
  6. On the Change password page, enter a New password, then enter it again under Confirm new password.
  7. Click Change Password.

Password requirements

  • At least 8 characters
  • Not entirely numeric
  • Not a commonly used password
  • Not too similar to your other personal information

You should see

A page titled Password changed successfully, with the message "Your password has been reset." and a Log in link.

Good to know

The reset email also repeats your username, which is your email address. You can skip the password at any time: click Get a magic link on the login page.
