I didn't get the password reset email

If the password reset email doesn't arrive, check spam, confirm the address, then request another reset.

After you click Password Reset, the page says to check your spam folder if the email does not arrive within a few minutes.

Try these, in order

  1. Wait a few minutes.
  2. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
  3. Search your inbox for Password reset on Enine Sites or for the sender build@in.eninesites.com.
  4. Check that the address you entered on the Reset password page is the one you signed up with.
  5. On a work address, ask your IT team to allow mail from in.eninesites.com.
  6. Go back to the Reset password page and request another reset.
