I didn't get the sign-in email

If the sign-in email doesn't arrive, wait two minutes, check spam, confirm the address, then request a new link.

This applies to signing up and logging in. Work through these in order.

Try these, in order

  1. Wait 2 minutes.
  2. Check your spam, junk, and promotions folders.
  3. Search your inbox for Your magic link or for the sender build@in.eninesites.com.
  4. Check the email address you entered for typos.
  5. On a work address, ask your IT team to allow mail from in.eninesites.com.
  6. Go back to the Magic link page and click Send magic link again. Each request sends a new email with the same subject, so use the newest one.
