How to delete your site

Download a backup first, then choose Delete Site from the Manage menu and type your domain to confirm.

You need to be logged in with your site open, and a backup of your site.

Steps

  1. Download a backup first. See How to download a backup of your site.
  2. Click Manage in the toolbar.
  3. Click Delete Site.
  4. Type the site's full domain to confirm, then click Delete site permanently.

You should see

Your site and its pages stop being served.

Good to know

Deleting a site removes its content, media, and settings, and cannot be undone. If you kept your backup, you can recreate the site later by restoring it.
