The Sign-In Email Did Not Arrive

What to do when the magic link doesn't show up.

The sign-in email usually arrives within a minute or two. If it hasn't:

  1. Check your spam or junk folder.
  2. Confirm the email address you entered is correct.
  3. Request a fresh link from the sign-in page. Links are single-use, so always use the newest email.
  4. If you set a password earlier, you can sign in with it instead.
